You can become a member of Volta Media, You Die Twice or Izak Jackson by visiting one of these links, entering you email address and clicking sign up.

You will then recieve an email with a "magic link". Clicking on it will confirm your registration and log you in.
Membership does not sync between our sites.

We have set it up this way to prevent you from getting unwanted emails.

If you would like to be a member on more than one of our sites, then you can individually sign up to them.
To login on any of our sites, click the members icon in the top navigation, click login and enter your email address.

Client F.A.Qs

All of our proposals are sent digitally to your email address.

Opening the proposal will take you to a webpage where you can choose your package and sign the agreement.

You can download a '.pdf' copy of the proposal that you can access at any time.

We will also share a copy on our project management app.
For all of our client projects, we use a project management tool called ClickUp. This helps to keep you up to date with every step of our process as we complete your video project.

When we begin your project, you will recieve an invite to the project management app, where you can create an account to be able to view and comment on every task.
All invoices are sent electronically. You can download a '.pdf' copy of the invoice from the email, and you can also pay electronically using PayPal or your card details.

A copy of every invoice will also be added to our project management app, which you can view at any time.

Store F.A.Qs

Once the purchase has been made, you will recieve an email with a download link. Please make sure you download your digital products asap to avoid the link expiring.
To view your orders on our store, visit store.voltamediahouse.com/my-account/orders/ and login by clicking "Login" at the bottom of the store page.

Login using the details provided when you made a purchase to view your order history.
