Membership does not sync between our sites.
We have set it up this way to prevent you from getting unwanted emails.
If you would like to be a member on more than one of our sites, then you can individually sign up to them.
To login on any of our sites, click the members icon in the top navigation, click login and enter your email address.
You will be sent a "magic link" that will log you in to the site.
At the bottom of every email we send you, there is an unsubscribe link. Click on that to cancel your subscription to our newsletter.
To update your billing information, sign in, and visit your account page. You can then edit your billing information.
To update your membership, sign in, and visit your account page. Then, click on "Cancel Membership".
To resubscribe to a newsletter, please get in touch with our support team, and let them know you wish to resubscribe to our newsletter.
Please make sure that you use the email address associated with your account.
We will add you back to the mailing list ASAP.
The "magic link" will have been sent to your accounts email address.
If you cannot see it in your inbox, please double check your spam folder (and add us to your approved senders list).

The free video consultation is only available to premium (monthly/annual) and consultant members of the Video Academy.
Monthly premium members can only claim their free 1 hour video consultation at the start of their membership, while annual members can claim it once per year.
If you are a monthly, or annual premium member, please get in touch to claim your free 1 hour video consultation.
If you are on the consultant plan, we will contact you directly on a monthly basis to arrange the video consultation.
